Frontenac State Park is located 10 miles southeast of Red Wing, MN or 5 miles northwest of Lake City, MN on Highway 61.
In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we will have UltrAspire reusable cups available for sale at registration, on race day or feel free to bring your own container to use at our aid stations.
Packet pick-up is on race morning only. Packet pick-up starts at 7:30 AM and closes 15 minutes prior to the race. (arrive early enough to pay park admission and park)
Admission fees can be found at the Frontenac State Park site.
We ask that runners and volunteers park in the parking lot near at the topmost part of the park. Follow the signs upon your arrival or ask for assistance at the front office.
Race Day Schedule
7:30 - 8:45 AM Registration at picnic shelter (top of park)
9:00 Start of race
There will be a short pre-race briefing about 5 minutes prior to the start of the race.

If a hotel is more your style consider the many hotels in the area. From Red Wing, MN. to Lake City MN. I'm sure you'll find something right for you.
Here you will find a tentative map of the course with start line and aid stations.
Water, Heed, and Hammer gels will be available at each stop. In an effort to keep the park clean and cut down on waste we ask that you carry a water bottle.
The aid stations are staffed by fellow runners, friends and family members. Please make every effort to thank them for their time and efforts!

The field limit is 200 runners.
Restrooms are available at the start/finish line. We ask that you use these facilities prior to the race and keep the trails clean. Leave no trace.
Pacers and Crew
Pacers and crew are NOT allowed but active cheering throughout the course is encouraged.
DELAY, SUSPEND OR CANCEL THE EVENT
The race director reserves the right to delay, suspend or cancel any part or all of the event if weather conditions deem it dangerous to the participants or harmful to the course.
